We believe that we earn your trust and
confidence when we continue to bring you

very private and secure manner. We believe that
trust and confidence is sustained as we honour
that commitment to you, day in and day out. Our
privacy statement sets forth your and our rights
and responsibilities with regard to your
personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how E-ICON
collects information from users of e-ICON’s
Internet services, how we use the information
collected, and the choices you have concerning
the collection and use of such information. The
Privacy Policy applies only to E-ICON and those
web sites that carry the E-ICON brand. It does
not apply to any other organization’s web sites
that we provide links to.
You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may
modify our privacy statement. We will post such
revised statement on our Web site at least
thirty (30) calendar days before it becomes
effective. You agree that, by using our services
after modifications to the privacy statement
become effective, you have agreed to these
modifications. You acknowledge that if you do
not agree to any such modification, we have the
right to terminate this agreement forthwith
without notice to you. We will not refund any
fees paid by you if you terminate your Agreement
with us. We will not process the personal data
that we collect from you in a way incompatible
with the purposes and other limitations
described in our privacy statement and we will
take reasonable precautions to protect your

access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
By visiting any of the sites offered by e-ICON,
you are accepting the practices described in
this Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide e-ICON with accurate,
current and complete information, to the extent
required by e-ICON for your registration as a
subscriber of Services and/or Products or at any
time thereafter and to maintain and to update
this information as required to keep it
accurate, current and complete in all respects.
You agree that you have not impersonated and
will not impersonate any other person or entity,

What
Information Does E-ICON Collect?
Here are the types of information we gather from
visitors to E-ICON:
Information You Give Us:
We receive and store any information you enter
on our Web site or you provide to us in any
other way, such as by telephone or by electronic
mail. For example, we are required by the
Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and
Numbers ("ICANN"), the organization which
assumes responsibility for domain name
allocation, to collect information about you
during the domain name registration process.
This information includes your full name,
mailing address, phone number, email address,
and, where provided, your facsimile number. We
also collect certain financial information from
you during the domain name registration process.
Namely, when you apply to register a domain name
through e-ICON and the payment option selected
by you is via Credit card, we require you to
provide a credit card number and billing address
before we process that application.
Automatic Information:
e-ICON does not use "cookies." We do, however,
receive and store certain types of information
whenever you interact with us. For example, our
servers track the type of Web browser you are
using, and the page to which you link from
e-ICON. We collect this information to better
develop a sense of what services our customers
need and not to track your individual usage
patterns.
Does
E-ICON Share the Information It Receives?
WHOIS:
We are required by the Internet Corporation for
Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), the
organization that assumes responsibility for
domain name allocation, to collect information
about you during the domain name registration
process. This information includes your full
name, mailing address, phone number, email
address, and, where provided, your facsimile
number. ICANN then requires all registrars to
make your full name, mailing address, phone
number, email address, and, where provided, your
facsimile number, as well as the creation and
expiration dates of your domain name
registration and the name server information
associated with your domain name, to the public
via an interactive web page and a "port 43"
WHOIS service. For the purposes of this Privacy
Notice we will refer to this information as your
"WHOIS Information".
Please note that we may not be able to control
how members of the public may use the WHOIS
Information. If you have opted-into having your
WHOIS Information available for bulk access,
ICANN also requires E-ICON to make that
information available to third parties who enter
into a bulk WHOIS data access agreement with
E-ICON. In making your selection to opt-into
having your WHOIS Information available for bulk
access, please refer to Bulk WHOIS data policy
information. Please note that if you have not
opted-into having your WHOIS Information
available for bulk access for marketing or other
purposes, your WHOIS Information will still be
made available to the public through the "port
43" WHOIS service described above.

will receive notice when personal information
about you might go to third parties, and you
will have an opportunity to choose not to have
us share that information. We provide the
information to trusted partners who work on
behalf of or with E-ICON under confidentiality
agreements. These companies may use your

one of the transferred business assets. Also, if

How
Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your
information during transmission by using Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts information
you input. We reveal only the last five digits
of your credit card numbers when confirming an
order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit
card number to the appropriate credit card
company during order processing. You can further
help to ensure your security by taking a few
simple precautions. For instance, it is
important for you to protect against
unauthorized access to your E-ICON username and
password and to your computer. Be sure to sign
off when finished using a shared computer.
What
Information Can I Access?
E-ICON gives you access to certain information
about you for the limited purpose of viewing
and, in certain cases, updating that
information.
